Warning - DO NOT rent from these thieves!! We made a one day 15 foot truck rental and they made the following verbal commitments: 1. Stated they were putting in the computer that you are picking up the truck at 7:00 pm, which gives you until 7:00 pm the next day to return the rental, in other words a 24 hour aka 1 day rental. 2. They tell you they are GIVING you 100 miles, then they charge you for each and every mile. 3. So disappointing, y’all taking advantage of our older generation! My parents took in a new Grand Cherokee for a hitch and RV wiring. To make a long story short, the wiring doesn’t work but they blame the the dealership and won’t make it right. They charge $80 for the wiring and said they wouldn’t let them go if it doesn’t work, well... it doesn’t work. However, no responsibility is taken nor any type of refund. They placed blame on each other then sent them on their way. Disgusting!
