This truck was rented to me. I called it in right away, rough riding, shaking at 25+ miles and out of alignment. Location said to call road side and dismissed me. I called it in. This is unsafe and improperly taken care of. Can’t rent out a vehicle in this condition and the. Leave the renter stranded about “road side” and the 800 number and that’s another mess because I just got this I ain’t got time to wait for road side when this is clearly a maintenance issue !!
I waited 3 h to get load 2 uboxes with 3 people inside the store that said that they are busy for 3 hours and did a lot of stuff walking and driving forklift but nothing about loading us
