I was trying to complete an online check-in for a 9 ft van, but the key left for me in the drop box was not the correct one. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big issue, but when I went inside, there were several people waiting around, and no one was available at the service desk. Best uhaul store ever! Always well stocked, very clean and they have parking! Ray is awesome! Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. His customer service skills are top-notch and it's always a pleasure to work with him! Highly recommend Ray and this store.
