Customer service was good.
I got there at 7:00 a.m. for my Florida trip staff opened up the store right on time attended one person than us very professional and very knowledgeable about what I was renting and explain to me everything or I had no questions at the end. Your staff that opened up at 7:00 a.m. that day is it good employee and you can tell he's there to do his job.
I had an appointment at 8 AM, but it took about 25 minutes just to get my truck. They only had one main person handling everything, which made the process slower than expected. The truck itself was fine once I finally got it, but they definitely need more staff in the morning to speed things up.
