Rented a truck using the website online. Checked in online with a reservation number. The black gentleman with dreds and a nose piercing asked me for an emergency contact info and a DL I handed him the DL and I watched him do the check in process. I told him I had already done the check in process and he told me well it didn’t save and I need emergency contact.
