we where picking up a trailer, there was an older man and a younger woman behing the counter. the older man was having issues with his computer when he said. "it's acting just like a woman, it doesn't want to do anything. WOW!! Hostel work environment.
This March we rented a 20-foot truck from the Stony Brook U-Haul location for a non-profit donation event. The employee did the once-over with us in the morning to write down any damages if any that were already there, told us we were good to go and sent us on our way. I had a trailer hitch installed on my truck this morning. Drove to go pick up a trailer right after and looked under my truck and found the mounting bolts loose and missing. Such lazy workmanship.
