Great service and Miranda was a great help.
Total difference to the pickup location. The staff member that came out help us pointed out where to drop the trailer. I told hm that I had never reversed a trailer before and he kindly took over. He helped us unhook the trailer and also pointed out that we had attached it correctly (after I had asked him). He checked everything over, got us the necessary paperwork and had us on our way in no more than ten minutes.
