I absolutely loved the ease of the whole process and being able to do it all from my phone besides getting the key. I had to wait a bit for that but that’s ok. The process was so easy it was scary. I will always use uhaul!!
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The rental process was very quick and efficient.
Waited for 45 minutes at the store after using self check in for them to tell us they did not have a truck for us. Worst customer service and organization I have ever seen from a company. The General Managers “relative” was hanging out in their office in their pajamas, on the day that the manager was “off”. Genuinely shocking how a company could be so terribly ran.
This was the first time ever utilizing something like this as I needed a couch for my upcoming surgery and I do not drive am disabled and I live in an apartment building so I got my boyfriend and my dad to help me It is a easy process The truck size fit for what I needed overall very pleased If I ever have to move something again I will be using you all thank you AND A HIDDEN GEM a roll up window! I was so excited!
