VERY poor customer service. Waited for more than 25 minutes to refill my propane tank and left without refilling it. No one showed up even after going ask about it at the counter twice! I’ve never seen such a horrible service!

My husband and I visited U-Haul to purchase a tow hitch ball and hitch mount, feeling a bit overwhelmed as first-time buyers. While we were trying to figure out what we needed, Jordan approached us with a warm offer to assist. He patiently answered all our questions and went above and beyond by installing the ball onto the hitch mount for us. Horrible experience. Wish I could give zero star.Front desk woman rudely told us to wait while she finished up with a customer.She had a rude tone and attitude from the very beginning. Then when it was our time to be waited on she started talking to a lady behind us even asked her if she spoke English.
