Friendly people, got me on the road quickly.
I went in weeks in advance to reserve two trailers for our move to Florida. A car hauler and a 6x12 enclosed. They assured us both trailers would be there and they would contact us day before to remind us and come get them. I get call about car hauler but not about enclosed. I call riverside location and a very rude lady tells it that the enclosed trailer isn't there. I asked why she said there is no guarantee it would be things happen. I'd rate zero out of five if I could. We made a reservation a weak and a half out for a 26ft truck. We get there the morning of to pick it up and they tell us the closest one available is one hundred miles away, leaving us to scramble and find a different truck provider. Only use them if you want to waste your time and add undue frustrations into your move.
Nightmare place
Miranda the manager was absolutely rude. We got the truck this morning and the guy we got it from had told her he had updated the truck to a 24 hour rental for us. Miranda calls this evening being hateful and rude because they rented our truck out that we had for 24 hours. Instead of giving us a chance to figure it out with her and help accommodate the mistake their company made, she decides to get loud and hang up the phone.
