Had a 2p appointment for a trailer hitch install. Still here at 4:30p car still not done. The one person working was doing both costumer service and installs. Who runs this place. DONT GO HERE. Uhaul should pull the franchise. Inexcusable way to run a business
I came here to have a hitch installed. My appointment was for 9am. When I got there they told me the person who installs the hitches wouldn't not be in until 11am. I came back and dropped my car off at 11am. They told me it would take one hour to install. I waited until 2:30om to come back because my ride up here had to be somewhere else. I reserved my rental truck a week in advance and boxes where ship to my address that didn't show up on time. After I drop my rental truck before my time was up on Sunday I was still charged extra fees. I called several time at the store and customer service. No one has yet to get back with me. I would never recommend them. Management seem to not care how they run the business or what the employees do or not do there.
Last week I went with my friend to pick up the truck she had reserved. She's rented there before, but will NOT go there again!!! What happened??? That place has gone to hell in a hand basket!!! NO ONE knew a thing!!!!!
I was asked to speak to several different ppl in management in which either individuals return calls or assure the situation is being taken care of after the poor job that I encountered with the manager Hazel and their equipments. This was the UHaul on 970 1/2 Springhill Avenue.
As a business owner, I have never been treated so well as by the manager toni and her staff. They are always Johnny on the spot and are so helpful in every way. I try to always use this location when renting a vehicle because of the GREAT service that I always receive! Thanks Toni for your great service.
David and I are currently in the parking lot waiting on roadside assistance. The manager, Toni has been absolutely no help. Matter of fact she was rude and disrespectful. No customer service! I would never do business here. A huge DISLIKE from me! Part of being a manager, a good manager, is meeting the needs of your customer.
