I’m a neighbor down the street and wanted to say how much I enjoyed the beautiful garden that used to be out front here. It really made the neighborhood feel so much more welcoming and bright! I WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! I made a reservation 2 MONTHS AGO with this UHaul location for a 15’ truck to move to Saskatoon for veterinary school. They have called me 2 days in advance to tell me I will have to drive to Osoyoos to pick up a truck or they won’t have anything for me. They keep repeating that I made a “request” not a “reservation” even though on the app it is listed as a reservation. I made a reservation online to book a 26’ moving truck with a dolly and other moving items over a month before our move. I received a call the day before our pick up date from the booking coordinator letting me know the truck was available and will be ready for pickup tomorrow but it is just at a different location than I had originally booked (this was all good with me).
