The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They are always on time and make sure everything goes smoothly with the rentals. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this uhual location
I got a unit for two months. I told this to the person working when I signed up. I assumed (wrongly) that by giving my payment info that I would be charged the next month. Nope. Instead I got a letter saying I had been charged a late fee for not paying on time. I tried calling multiple times and could never get through. Yet I hadn’t known that I hadn’t paid because I assumed the initial day of set up had set up payment. Then! On Feb 28 I rented a truck and cleared my unit.
