Both the front register worker started out with a very rude attitude and then the manager started acting all big with authority but also tried to act scared when I said they were being rude. Lmao a joke of a place when showing why two immature people shouldn’t be running a store.
I checked out renting a van at Home Depot and was disappointed with how expensive it was and I was unable to reserve on I went to this UHaul location and got a far better deal. The staff at this is small and very personable. I won’t waste my time by shopping around in the future.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THESE PEOPLE GAVE AWAY THE UNIT I RESERVED WITH A CREDIT CARD. I MADE A RESERVATION ON LINE THAT WAS ON HOLD UNTIL 2/24/24 I PUT DOWN MY CC, AND THEY EVEN CHARGED ME FOR AND MAILED ME THE LOCK TO MY HOME . I GO IN TODAY TO SEE WHERE THE UNIT IS EXACTLY SO I CAN TAKE THE MOVERS THERE TOMORROW, WHICH ARE SCHEDULED TO COME TO MY HOUSE AT 8:00AM, THE GUY THAT WAS THERE WAS CLUELESS, HE THEN CALLED HIS MANAGER WHO SAID MY UNIT WAS LEASED TO SOMEONE ELSE "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED" WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL,... read more
