Uhaul Service and Business - the Pits! – I know most people won't go to this site to review Uhaul before making a reservation for a moving truck, so my review is for the corporate office and store managers. Hassle! – I would not recommend this U-haul facility to anyone. The office is impossible to get a hold of. Several times after contacting the office, I was only able to reach the call center. They have no ability to reach the office if the local offices are not answering their phones. On two different occasions, the only way I could reach the office in regards to my storage unit was to personally drive the 10 miles to the facility...not good customer service!

Don't use! – We rented one of their climate-controlled unit while we renovated our house--they advertise these as "safe and dry" but when we opened our storage unit up after 6 months, water had gotten in somehow and had ruined a rug whose replacement value is $5000. That was 8 months ago--UHaul has refused to speak to our insurance company or to take responsibility and won't reimburse us for the rug.
