If it wasn’t for all the mice and rats infesting our whole home moved into the storage unit it would’ve been great. We had to claim a complete loss on everything in there memories an all. For being an indoor unit I expected more.
Customer service is horrible not to me to. Our unit was completely infested with mice and rats. Lost out on our entire home furnishings and memories... disgusting.
This business is a rip off. We rented a truck at 4pm on Friday then they called Saturday at 9:30am and demanded the truck back because they had made a mistake. They broke the contract and then charged us $90 for driving the truck a total of 15 miles. Call Budget Rental across the street!
