U-Haul on 3421 Wall Ave, Ogden, UT 84401 is terrible. I rented a truck and didn’t use the dolly, they have a zip tie on the dolly, when I opened the back of the truck, I noticed the broken zip tie, wasn’t sure what to do so I left it there. I told them I didn’t use it nor did I need it, they charged me anyway. Sierra Kennedy accused me of lying about it. It’s not the matter of the 7$ but rather they dishonestly charged me for something I didn’t use and refused to believe I didn’t use it. Never again.
It is a shame that UHaul will let just anyone open a UHaul store and impact their entire brand reputation. We have been using UHaul for years in our business and everyone at this location, especially Brandy, has a terrible attitude. Find a job you enjoy people instead of ruining your customer's day.
Absolutely worst customer SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! I can not even believe this manager Sierra Kennedy has a job!!!! There was an error In paper and she was trying to charge me for over four hundred miles of usage I didn’t use. I drove far enough to not even move the gas gauge!! A year ago the manager was one of the rudest, condescending (not a good word) woman I've ever interacted with at a business. This last time which was approximately a month ago. Same experience except it was the 2 employees (a woman and a man) behaving exactly like her. The only person who didn't act like that was the check in guy. He was friendly and nice, very professional. To bad the same can never be said about the others we've dealt with there.
There computer were not working at the first transaction but they charged me for the hitch on the first transaction then wrote down my credit card information on paper and said they were going to charge me once the computers were up and running this was in a six hour span when they charged me again the 2nd time. I'm not safe with my credit card information being written down cause their computers were down and have 2 charges pending really unhappy with this service
These people are not helpful at all. It is very frustrating that we are stuck here at the U-HAUL facility and they "cannot" switch us trailers for one of the many they have here because they are all "spoken for".
Customer service was more than amazing! Returned our cargo van we rented after being in an awful accident in it. They took such good care of me and walked me through all the procedures of getting everything taken care of. Then I received a phone call from the general manager making sure I was ok. Sierra and her team go above and beyond!! This is where I will go for any moving and hauling needs!!!
