Because of the COVID-19 I had to leave US earlier than I expected as everywhere, including university campus is closed. But I can’t get the refund for the April rent that I paid in advance. The management is unrespobsible and do not reply emails. Also the wifi speed is so low and electricity bill is too much for each month. Do not recommend!
RecommendedGreat place to live! Have been here for 3 years and have always felt at home. Caring staff, great amenities and location, and the apartments are like new.
The head staff is awful. You could make a complaint and nothing would be done. There was a rule in the lease that clearly stated only one person per unit yet after complaining over and over again for two years, nothing was resolved. And then to make everything even worse as my roommates and I were all expecting a full $200 security deposit back because we left the place cleaner than when we moved in when there was rotten smells and substances growing everywhere. Probably best place to live in morgantown. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, and whatever else that you need. Internet is sometimes down but that can happen anywhere when lightning is striking at random places.
Expect to spend everyday in the downtown library because the wifi is always out and sometimes will even be out the entire day. The staff is great, but some of the policies they're forced to follow are crazy. For the location not being the absolute best the place has too many negatives. Expect to have random charges on your account as well.
I love the finishings in the kitchen and the washer and dryer- very high-end. I love having my own bathroom.
I absolutely love this place! It's an amazing place to call a home away from home ❤️
