I don't know why this has 4.5 stars. Save your money and move elsewhere 2 months ago Uclub always has some type of problems. There are no cameras around the outside of the complex. People's cars have gotten vandalized and stolen and the management has done nothing about it. The people in the front office are just students who never know what the hell they're doing. Horrible Dirty, missing wall switch, missing shower curtain rod, missing burners for the stovetop. Mold, mildew in the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous no one answers the phone and no adults are in charge to address them!!! Don’t rent here!!!!
Do Not Live Here If you’re looking for a luxury building in Madison with amenities, DO NOT live here. The Hub advertises a rooftop pool, hot tubs, a spa, grills, etc.; however, none of these amenities are open (and when they are open, they’re completely run down). When I asked the staff if the pool was safe for swimming, they gave me the green light. Unfortunately, the only thing that was green is the swamp-like algae floating in the water. 5 Star Review The office staff and maintenance staff were amazing! Prices are great and I would recommend to anyone looking for off campus housing
Not worth it They lose your packages and don’t care and tel you to figure it out yourself, overpriced, closed down all the amenities due to Covid and didn’t reduce our rent, doesn’t answer your phone calls, made us bring our own carts for move in.
DO NOT LIVE HERE I’ve lived here for 4 months and the first month there was a fly infestation, they never actually clean the apartment or your room before you move in.. They added various payments to my rent without notifying me, I requested to change units due to incredibly obnoxious and disgusting roommates who used my things and didnt clean up after themselves or their cat, who’s litter wouldn’t be cleaned for weeks. I regret living here So ads said that new flooring would be coming in the fall, the whole entire time I lived here we never got the new flooring. As soon as we moved in we had a hole in the kitchen floor (missing a piece of vinyl), NEVER got fixed. Animal in my roof never got taken care of even after calling MULTIPLE times and they said they were sending someone to set a trap. Incredible Service After being a student and living at the Hub, I've been very pleased with living here. From day one I was able to reach out to the support staff for any questions that I might've had with either my lease, maintenance request, etc. Everything is answered in a timely manner with great service. Additionally, it is in one of the best locations on campus centrally located meaning I am able to walk wherever I needed to go. The amenities are great, and rooftop views made for an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
