They don't treat you fairly The offer new tenants lower rent rates than their current residents. That is a crappy way to treat your current residents. $crewed up way of doing business.
Do not recommend Management here is terrible...clearly all they are concerned about is money as I know after living there last year. The move out charges are ridiculous! Maintenance staff is loud and unprofessional as well. If you live here expect to get charged.. a lot! I do not recommend living at Uclub.
