Paper thin wall, terrible structural foundation (wooden infrastructure so fire/water leaks spread quickly) inconsiderate and rude management with no regard for their tenants or visitors. Head manager stuck his middle finger up at me when I waved hello. Unprofessional to say the least.
Incredibly decpetive and preying on college students who probably don't know to avoid places like these. Definitely don't make them your first option as they will overbook, despite signing a lease guaranteeing you a room and a specific floor plan. Probably illegal (our lawyer is reviewing the documents today) but they don't care they just want your money. They already overbooked 50+ people for next year, all of which signed a lease for a room and floor plan that is not available. Avoid toxic living communities like these and... read more
