The staff here at U Centre are really helpful and always care about the resident's needs. The location is not only a great place to live, but its also so close to campus that it makes walking to class super easy. I highly recommend living here!
Living at U Centre has been amazing! The building is super safe and is always kept clean. The office and maintenance staff always fix any issues in a very timely matter. I look forward to living here for the rest of my college experience!

U Centre has created the best community in Clemson with its incredible amenities and residents first attitude. The location is amazing and being so close to campus is fantastic because I can walk to class. I am so glad me and my roommates found this place and I strongly encourage anyone who wants to move off campus but still be apart of the culture of living on campus move into U Centre.
I have loved living here and I don't have a single complaint! The view from my room is incredible, the amenities are outstanding, and the people that work here are so friendly! Not to mention with maintenance requests, they are usually completed within 24 hours! Even on the weekends. So close to campus I walk to class everyday

U-Center on College is an incredible place to live. U-Center is the best bang for your buck. It’s located in the heart of downtown, extremely affordable and very spacious. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The amenities and staff make my college life that much easier and that much better. Living at U Center has been a great addition to my Clemson experience!
I love living at U Centre! The apartments are beautiful, the common areas are always kept clean, management and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the close proximity to campus. I definitely recommend living here.
