I was very nervous about having a bikini wax...I walked in and was helped by Joan. The plaques on her wall indicated that she has been waxing for 9 years, which made me feel less apprehensive. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The type of wax she used was a lot less painful than I expected, but really it was her demeanor that made the difference. I come here to get my eyebrows done with Joan. She is awesome! She takes her time and gets it right. She has a lot of insight on waxing in general and she always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would refer her to everyone!
