I was very nervous about having a bikini wax...I walked in and was helped by Joan. The plaques on her wall indicated that she has been waxing for 9 years, which made me feel less apprehensive. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The type of wax she used was a lot less painful than I expected, but really it was her demeanor that made the difference.
