This was my first time at Tysons Dental Associates. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time because I had switched insurance providers and didn't fully understand my coverage and also don't like how painful cleanings can be. I was blown away by the woman at the front desk who clearly and concisely explained to me what my insurance covered. Worse place to get dental care done. The receptionist is a one rude nasty witch who thinks she runs the whole office. I'd spend my money somewhere els.
why are there not any pixsof the front desk people there just as in portent!
Sorry to say that my experience was not good. I waited for more than an hour and this was just for a consultation. Then the x-ray assistant could not handle the equipment properly and could hardly take an impression.
Anna Novikova is the best! Hands down. Goes out of her way to make sure she provides the best service, what more can you ask?
