BEWARE!!! I went to this "doctor" for Lasik, and he talked me into an implantable contact lens (one for distance and one for reading). What a NIGHTMARE. This procedure is no longer available to ANYONE because it causes cataracts. I am in my 40's with a cataract in my left eye. When I went to his office for help, he said there was nothing that could be done, charged me for the consult, and was extremely rude. Going to see different doctors to see what can be done. ?? Dr. Tyson was fantastic. He is always professional and informative. He is in tune with his patients. He runs a top notch practice. His staff is the best also.

Routine yearly exam. Everything went as expected. Extremely grateful to Dr. Tyson in that he did cataract surgery on me about 6 years ago and gave me the best vision of my life. My vision was 20/200 on 1 eye and 20/300 on the other and only correctable to 20/50. After surgery he got my vision down to 20/28 without any glasses . Everyone was so kind. Dr. Tyson was great. He took his time and explained things so that you understood.
I recently had light adjustable lens cataract surgery with Dr Tyson. So many of my friends have had problem outcomes of mono vision cataract surgery that I opted for LAL (not with Dr Tyson). Even having to wear the protective glasses after surgery was easier than I thought. I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. NO MORE GLASSES of any kind! The entire Tyson team is phenomenal! No need to look any further than Tyson Eye.
Dr. Tyson instilled the trust in me that I really needed to be able to do a cataract surgery. Dr. Tyson and the employees at Tyson Eye really made me as comfortable as I could be going into eye surgery.
I had a sudden problem with my vision and had seen This provider before for routine visits. His office got me in quickly and my eyes were thoroughly examined. Fortunately it was nothing serious.
This was a very good experience. The staff is skilled, good humored and efficient. They were on time and meticulous. Dr Tyson is a pleasant guy who knows his stuff and takes the time to answer any and all questions.
