A month ago I had the misfortune to going to another eye doctors office ( the name starts with a Q ). The experience was horrendous. The staff mannipulated my examination, lied and over billed me for a service I was supposed to recieve for free. It took a over a month ( for me and my insurance company ) almost every calling thier answering service to get them to refund what they overed charged me. BUYER BEWARE!!!
TYSON EYE staff at front desk is very friendly. That's where one can always tell what is beyond. The staff is non judgemental, whether you are a billionaire a community care veteran or a Medicaid client.Everyone receives the same respect and care.There is no rush to push you out the door .Everyone takes time time with you.Beyond the Front Desk its the same great quality care. Dr Tyson was very kind and courteous. His explanation of my brothers vision problems was explained in a way that he was able to understand with his limited mental ability.
I’ve called 3 times for C Clark to get more information on my treatment not available. Have left messages with staff, she has NOT replied. Becoming dissatisfied with Tyson Eye, may have to find another Doctor
Dr. Tyson explains reasons and procedures very clearly and in layman’s terms. Answers all questions.
Spent $14,000 on cataract surgery. Was told I needed special lenses because I have had lasik surgery when I was younger. I’m have had problems with the surgery since February after all the adjustments. Went back to see Dr.Tyson he told me the problem is because of the lasik, that there is nothing he could do. I went to another eye Doctor ho told me he could fix the problem but it’s something Tyson should have taken care of. Called Tysons office they told me they only cover for 90 days.
