I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction of Tynan's. This was the worst car buying experience of me and my famlies life. We went to tynan's and bought a car. With in 2 days we started having break and front end issues, which was a concern because they issured us that they check all cars prior to selling. We took it back and got a loner. I had an absolutely miserable experience at this place. I was treated with zero respect and zero custom service. Luke could not have been more rude. I don't trust anyone here and will never be back. Please avoid this place if you want honest and fair help. I had to sit and wait for 45 minutes just to get my car pulled up and listened to endless rude calls about how every single car and customer needed new breaks, radiators, lights, parts, you name it. They are out to ruin your day. GO ELSEWHERE.
My experience at Tynan's Nissan dealership was horrible. An oil change and tire alignment took 3 hours! When I got my car back there were oil/mud foot prints on my floor mat, there were oil smudges on the door panel, the steering wheel and the arm rest. The people in the service department were the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with at a car dealership. They have just lost my business and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I absolutely love this dealership and all the employees that I've ever come in contact with. Ron is the nicest man I've met when dealing with car buying and he remembers me every time I come in for service! Jason in the service department went out of his way to provide great customer service this last time!! I'm so grateful for all of them!!!

I had a friend show me all the communication from your dealership today and you have some very unethical practices. Wow. We will find him a car/truck somewhere where they value ethics, loyalist, and hold a level of customer service. Very disappointed to see a company try and do business this way.
I bought a new1990 Nissan 240 the day before my birthday that year. Mike Tynan coordinated the deal. I never found another dealership with an owner who was so "hands on". I'll never forget that experience.
HATE this place. For so long I've defended this place because the people are very nice but after 3 years of problems with TWO new cars and bs promise after bs promise I'm over it. A year ago I was so fed up with my new car I asked to speak with someone from the Tynan family, so they sent me some new child who when he thought he hung up the phone started laughing and swearing. The amount of money and time this dealership has stolen from me is CRIMINAL. Avoid at all costs.
