RecommendedI left my car after hours at Service with a flat tire. They were quick to contact me in the morning and had the tire replaced quickly once I authorized the work. Chase in Service was great to work with.
I got a great Deal and Evan was the best and every time I’m there he always ask how’s my car running for me.
I had some work I wanted performed. Upon leaving and getting gas go to start the vehicle and the starter caught fire. A repair I had asked to have looked into. pick up the vehicle a few days later, it is idling rough and a few hours later is over heating. Not issues I had prior to taking the vehicle in for repairs. Bottom line I left with more problems than when I arrived. I have had some of the work fixed at another location at $681, but couldn't afford them to look into or repair the over heating issue. I keep trying to plug my electric car in at Tynans on Havana. The lot cars are using all the outlets. It is extremely frustrating because I was told that I could use the charging ports at the dealership when I bought the car. They hyped the idea as a selling point. Charge lot electric cars randomly during the day, don’t use every charger out there, have some curtesy for your customers..... you know..... CUSTOMER SERVICE. To have all your chargers tied up through the weekend is really crappy.
What an amazing visit with our 2015 Juke. Luke was awesome kept us informed the whole way and the Sounds system is fixed perfectly. On top of that they went to bat for us on our turn signals that had fogged up but where not covered by our extended warranty and they convinced Nissan to pay for 90 % of that repair as well. Thank you Tynan's. We are customers for life.
HIGHLY recommend!!!!!! I took my Nissan Murano in yesterday morning and it was serviced and ready for pick up early this morning. Rich, in the service department was very helpful, polite and personable. All the guys that were working yesterday and today were super polite and funny. Ron, who drove the shuttle was very prompt in picking me up at a certain time and the conversation back to the dealership was very pleasant.
