These people are nothing but crooks! My family and I spent two Saturday's here and all they did was lie to us and feed us a bunch of bs to get us to come back. They tried selling us a car that had been wrecked, lied about our interest rate, and then they couldn't even find a car on the lot or the keys to cars. Piss poor sales and management!

Really happy with today's service. Oil change and software update on the car's computer for a recall: took a little longer than I'd like, but the service is friendly and I trust the work and that trust is so important to me that it's absolutely worth the few extra minutes. Especially with such a comfortable waiting area and a quiet room to be able to work in while I waited. Tyson had advertised a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder for $9549.00. I checked to make sure it was still available and made an appointment to test drive it. After waiting a half hour I was informed that the dealership had to make repairs and now the price was $16000 for a vehicle that had 117,000. Per NADA the $9500 was a fair price now they are trying to sell if for almost double what they were asking. Vehicle per CARFAX had previously been in to car accidents. Service at the repair area is horrible. 8 people working and not a single one bothers to greet you. Why does it matter? we've already purchased the vehicle so they could care less. RUDE people working the front desk... if they hate their jobs then they should find a new one, yet again with that attitude it'll be hard. I've never felt discriminated and looked down until I walked into the service department of this place. Mark is rude sarcastic and with horrendous costumer service skills. Don't buy here!

This is the worst place ever took my car in for a recall on my airbag they broke my glovebox and didn't own up to it there Mechanic is garbage and so is there staff
Sold me a Nissan Frontier. 6 months later it broke down at 31k miles. Then Ed Tynan made a deal with Nissan without me that charged me more money. Worst experience ever. Only 3.5 years / 31k miles at time. Worst quality available. I was robbed. They don't even deserve one star
