My husband and I had a good experience at Tynan’s. Ian was our salesperson and he was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I can’t comment on the service or warranty because I haven’t had to use their services for that, but I appreciate the lifetime engine warranty they offer for my vehicle.

Beautiful dealership with a beautiful staff
It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. However, my husband and I have purchased vehicles from Tynan's and always had them serviced with them as well. We've consistently referred people to not only purchase cars here, but trust that the service center always does right by their customers as well! How do you get someone to return your call.!!! Tynan’s owes ne a refund from insurances I purchased when I bought my rogue I traded it in November I’m due a refund from gap insurance and other insurance it’s February almost and no refund !!! CAN JAIME EXT 3227 please give me a call back I’ve done all the paper work what’s the hold up Tynan’s ???
horrible. they tell you everything you want to hear, just to make the sale. then, after the sale, they don't care. i was told ( by Evan my salesman) I'd get my 2nd key to my 2019 Nissan Rogue, after i gave them, the rest of my downpayment. well after i did that, noone could find the key. then 3 weeks, after my purchase, their new excuse is they never had a 2nd key. I hate to be lied to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
