The service was great from begining to end and fast. I called faxed in paperwork and told them what I wanted. I think it was Angela forgive me if i am wrong. Sh picked out a few vehicles and I chose one and she sent me down the merry lane to Conner who took the information and within the hour I had finance. But this is the great part Nissan would have financed but they chose and asked me about another company who would be cheaper and save me some thousands. Who does that? I drove my car in for a diagnostic and had to tow it home and never heard back from a manager
I went to Tynan’s Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Evan! I came into the dealership looking at something specific and actually test drove another that ended up being the one! I have little experience with the whole new car process, so I was happy to have worked with Evan. He was patient, helpful, and super knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend you go and see him if you’re interested in getting a new car or just looking!
What a great experience I had here in the service department. From the first time I talked to Brian, my service advisor, he was empathetic and knowledgeable. He got me in immediately and checked the car thoroughly. I had had a bad experience at another dealership when I purchased my used car and it had multiple problems.
