Sold me a Nissan Frontier. 6 months later it broke down at 31k miles. Then Ed Tynan made a deal with Nissan without me that charged me more money. Worst experience ever. Only 3.5 years / 31k miles at time. Worst quality available. I was robbed. They don't even deserve one star

I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction of Tynan's. This was the worst car buying experience of me and my famlies life. We went to tynan's and bought a car. With in 2 days we started having break and front end issues, which was a concern because they issured us that they check all cars prior to selling. We took it back and got a loner. I had an absolutely miserable experience at this place. I was treated with zero respect and zero custom service. Luke could not have been more rude. I don't trust anyone here and will never be back. Please avoid this place if you want honest and fair help. I had to sit and wait for 45 minutes just to get my car pulled up and listened to endless rude calls about how every single car and customer needed new breaks, radiators, lights, parts, you name it. They are out to ruin your day. GO ELSEWHERE.

My experience at Tynan's Nissan dealership was horrible. An oil change and tire alignment took 3 hours! When I got my car back there were oil/mud foot prints on my floor mat, there were oil smudges on the door panel, the steering wheel and the arm rest. The people in the service department were the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with at a car dealership. They have just lost my business and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Wish there was negative rating... Went in today and have never seen such incompetent and unethical business practices not to mention unprofessional associates. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the licensing board, bbb and will make sure to let everyone know not to do business here. It is NEVER ok to yell at a customer and throw paperwork at them because of your own mistake. I absolutely love this dealership and all the employees that I've ever come in contact with. Ron is the nicest man I've met when dealing with car buying and he remembers me every time I come in for service! Jason in the service department went out of his way to provide great customer service this last time!! I'm so grateful for all of them!!!
