This is a total scam! 550 bucks for a basic shop vacuum and febreze in your ducts. I was desperate and I got had. The technician assured me he had been doing this for ten years and totally knew what it was and he could remedy it. The diagnostic tool he used was his phone to take a picture of my ducts. When I tried to call Tyler’s air duct to let them know I needed someone to come back and really fix the problem, they told me someone from their management team would contact me right back.
