Hasstedt was confrontational, impatient and rude. Told me that the nerve pain in my face was impossible, had never been seen by him or recorded before. I have never felt so mistreated by a medical provider in my life. Will never set one foot in there again.

Accompanied a friend who was having a procedure done. Front office staff is rude. They spent the entire time gossiping about patients and cackling. They laughed about patients that were unable to afford complete treatments and needed payment plans. They gossiped about parents from their children’s schools.
