Loved my experience here! I had my evaluation and three days later I was in for surgery. I had zero complications and my surgeon was super fun and energetic. Overall, great energy and truly a blessing to be able to be served at Tyler Oral. Highly recommend!

Provide better coordination of services in getting new patients setup. We left after sitting in the lobby for an hour with no idea of when we'd get to actually see the doctor. Let new patients know that forms can be completed online and save 15 minutes of waiting ! Don't wait until the day of the appointment to confirm you have xrays and other information needed. You are in a service industry - so make customer service your priority.

The office staff and Dr Saigusa were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.
Had a consultation twice before I decided on getting what I needed done. Dr Terres and staff was very polite and answered all questions that I need answered. So I will be seeing them again Jan 8
My husband got his wisdom teeth removed back in March. The staff was friendly and Dr. Terres and his staff did a great job.
