DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought a car and the power train warranty here. I left the lot and called back immediately after realizing there was a a noticeable problem with the car. I took it back and service insisted nothing was wrong. I went to Zolman across the street and was told they couldn't touch the tires to check them because there was a bolt in a sidewall. Bought a 2021 Kia sorrento in 2023 with around 45k miles on it, had it serviced on schedule with Kia dealership basic maintenance always received good report on vehicles health. My warranty ended at 60k as I’m second owner and around that time my car started making a humming noise when I drove. I took it in to be looked at and received a txt for “critical” issue and under description said to call for details but to fix will cost $5k and an option to approve or decline.
