Terrible service department couldn’t even get a oil change right that I leaked oil all the way down to Florida. I had a repaired in Key West on top of that. They didn’t even put my trap doors for the oil filter and drain plug back on. Have them also repair a dent that I found in my brand new car and then they gave me a loaner with damage and they tried blaming me for it. Very sad.
I went with my sons to get their vehicles. People are great. They have a decent selection to choose from. The team was fast and knowledgeable. Recommended for first-time buyers and experienced shoppers alike.
Our experience with Hannah was enjoyable. She was pleasant during the test drive and sales process, and made sure we fully understood everything that our vehicle could do before we left the dealership. She also made sure to do a final walk around our vehicle, cleaning off any dust or watermarks that was left after the car went through their car wash. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision, and thought the trade-in value and finance terms we received were fair.
Great service. I started using Tyler KIA because of the horrible customer service at Mishawaka KIA Gurley Leep. Trust me of this one.
