I have tried a lot of dentists in the DC area, and most of them have tried to sell me on cosmetic procedures or they incorrectly overcharge me so I'd have to waste time calling to sort it out. This experience was the opposite. You can just tell that Dr. Jacques cares about putting patients at ease and is purposefully trying to make the experience as painless as possible. I've been coming here since 2019 and it's my dentist of choice. I find them to be very helpful and an honest practice. I will continue to come here!
DO NOT patronize this establishment. The receptionist Lazandria or a name very similar is very rude. She is always the lady that answers the phone with the DC accent. She has been rude since my first appointment. Additionally, when contacting them about a follow-up, the receptionist hung up in my face claiming the dental office on the other line was calling about me, when I told her there is no way this could be true, she hung up any way.
