The service department is truly terrible. I had by 2022 Ram TRX serviced hear through warranty. They replaced the front control arm and did an alignment via approved service through my extended warranty. It took them over a week to fix (it's a 3 hours job). The alignment was botched and the steering wheel was not straight when it was returned to me. When I called them back to correct the issue, the service advisor informed me I can certainly bring the truck back... but they intend to KEEP the truck until my previous bill was... read more
There service department is top-notch. After having my jeep towed there from the neighboring firestone.... I highly recommend this place for any kind of service, very honest and the best customer service I have experienced.
