Sold a car with broken safety sensors, bad tires, tear in driver seat that was covered during pruchase and lied about lower rates to get me in the door. Never again, lesson learned.

I just wanted to thank Carol Hollman again. She sold me a 2019 Silverado about a year and a half ago with a VSC and it just paid for a $4,500 Transmission replacement with $200 out of my pocket. I was not an easy customer to work with and she definitely had to walk me through the VSC and benefits but am now a firm believer in the coverage.The coverage also covered $300 of a car rental reimbursement.
