I serviced my 2025 Jeep Wrangler (VIN ending 3148) at Tyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, Niles on 10/21/2025 (oil change). On the drive home the Jeep showed engine knock, smoke under the hood, loss of throttle, and a check-engine light. I pulled over; the dealer towed the vehicle and provided a loaner. On 11/03/2025 I was told the Jeep was “good to go.” I insisted on objective testing. On 11/04/2025 the dealership reported the engine needed replacement (documentation reflects ~35% leak-down on a cylinder and borescope findings).... read more

Great experience especially this wonderful lady Shannon Brown great personality and very helpful would recommend her and the dealership to everybody if need new used car come up Nile’s and get you one..
