Dr Christensen has been so good with our family! He did a great job with my surgery and explained everything in a easy to understand way. Everyone in his office is so nice!
I’ve gone to Tyler Christiansen several times for kidney surgeries. I was ok for 4 years, but needed to get in to see him. Was abruptly told he drops you after 3 years and you have to go to someone else? I’ve never heard of this! I hope he knows what his staff is doing. I found another Urologist that is kingly and thoroughly helping me.
My wife was sent to him because he was on call for the ER. Rude. Talked fast. Didn’t listen. Always in a hurry. No plan going forward for her issues. Just “come back in 3 weeks “. And what? Didn’t have time to listen!
My mom was assigned this urologist while at the McKay-Dee emergency room, and the care she received was unacceptable. Because of his limited availability, she had to keep a Foley catheter in for 11 days. When he removed it, she experienced pain; we’re not certain he deflated the anchoring balloon. When I met him months later, I found him to be unprofessional; he talks loudly, does not listen, and relies on his staff to track his stream of consciousness. He was late. Didn't answer my questions. Didn't numb me for a procedure. Very painful. I would go back. I gotca bill for a procedure that wasn't performed. He's a nightmare Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
