It was a friendly experience and all of our requests fulfilled.
Had to give a star,but unfortunately the service department and the technician do not deserve stars. Purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and and went to Tyler's to have service done. As well as Purchased new tires and spent well more than enough. Needless to say the issue was never resolved until the 4th service visit. The new tires we placed on truck and we pick up drive it for a few and one tire comes completely off breaks the studs and bolts. Slamming truck down on road. Tayler was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish she was patient and kind, & and helped my uncle get exactly what he needed! I would recommend her a million times over
They made buying the truck I wanted reasonably easy, very satisfied.
