Had to give a star,but unfortunately the service department and the technician do not deserve stars. Purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and and went to Tyler's to have service done. As well as Purchased new tires and spent well more than enough. Needless to say the issue was never resolved until the 4th service visit. The new tires we placed on truck and we pick up drive it for a few and one tire comes completely off breaks the studs and bolts. Slamming truck down on road.
