Great staff and experience all around. Highly recommend going and seeing Doug or any of the Tyler sales staff!
I just got off the phone with the parts manager. He did not give his name. First of all, he answered the phone on speaker and had the whole conversation with me on speaker. A real class act. He refused to return a part that his shop was more likely to use than my shop. I even asked as a customer service gesture allow us to return. His tone was condescending and out right rude. We had the best experience working with Caleb to acquire our new incredible RAM truck. I sent a message to Tyler Automotive later in the evening and thought I’d just hear back from them the next day. Nope, Caleb responded to me within several minutes and answered all my questions that night and even set up a test drive appointment for a couple days later. Doug went above and BEYOND to help get us into out Jeep. Fantastic service and what a fun guy to work with. Doug passed us along to Marci and she continued with the exceptional service. 5 star service! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly.
They tried to do a 9,000 dollars in warrantys! Without saying anything about the total loan was for. Don't go!!! It's sad to say this to. I grew up in Niles
