Not the best. Slow on scheduling maintenance and they did not know the door had a trigger alarm and falsely charged me for a battery after they set it off and didn't reset it.

Greedy, lazy, unskilled, unorganized, and understaffed. This company is falling off, do not waste your time or money. They do not care about customers or their customers businesses. They said they had to come and upgrade our cell device, which sent our system into trouble (like it always does). I called and their tech came out weeks later and said he fixed it with a new battery which is "not included in my maintenance plan". It didn't fix it, so this time I was fed up and called and gave them a piece of my tired and worn out... read more
Worst customer service . Takes a week to get a tech out . Also if you call to check on when they are going to come out for the scheduled appointment you sit on hold for 15 mins only for them to ask you to hold some more....
AVOID THIS COMPANY - It has been almost 2 years and they have still not completed their initial contract. Worst business practices I have ever experienced.
