Extreme delays in maintenance, poor sanitation and pilfered virtually all of my security deposit. Overpriced too.

In a nutshell, the apartment had its pros and cons, while our experience with the management (JD McCormick) was largely negative. The convenient location was a major advantage of the apartment and parking was quick and easy. The office, however, is inconveniently located on the UW campus. The thermostat could only control the temperature within a range of 6 degrees, so we had to turn it on and off manually. I have lived at Tyberius Terrace for the past five years while in graduate school. I have nothing but great things to say about the apartment building and JD McCormick! They were always prompt for any issues I had, and they were really good with routine maintenance things such as checking smoke detectors, changing furnace filters, etc. Rent increases were also very reasonable for the time I was here.
