I had to have 2 biopsies, as well as some imaging done for the first time. Obviously it is not the most pleasant experience for any person, however everyone did a great job in explaining the procedures step by step. I felt as comfortable as I could with all the techs and assistants. Shout out to Dr. Masrani, Dorothy and Shira for their amazing "bedside manner". :) You guys are all awesome.

There's one lady in that office that is very very unprofessional I had an encounter with her over the phone trying to make an appointment one day she hung up on me now today I come in with that appointment I overhear her disgusting the conversation we had on the phone and it was actually about the spelling of my name that she could not hear the correct spelling of the name telling the other women in the office that I have the right one today telling the other women in the office that she hung up on me very very disappointed ... read more
