they bullied me into more expensive choices. the girl made 3 fingers bleed. when I said ow she laughed. I almost had a panic attack. she wouldn't listen and didn't care. my fingers hurt so bad. there was no care or consideration. I got a full my daughter got a full set and other daughter just a paint job. the paint was off before we left the parking lot. all of this and still charged me $92 for a half assed painful experience. we will NEVER return. I don't mind paying for good service. this was horrid service.
I came in and got my nails done today. The woman who did my nails did not clean her station or tools after the customer before me, which would already be concerning but is even more since we are currently in a pandemic. I was charged $70 and have a $10 tip, the nails I was given have no apex, and when I asked her to change the design she refused to and asked other customers around me if THEY liked them. My daughter and I had to wait over 45 minutes after a 6:00 appt time and they took a group before us. They also overcharged us $5 each for sea salt when we didn't want it. Masks were worn under their noses and costumers were allowed to eat inside their business. Not safe or professional. Will NOT go back!
Staff is accommodating and friendly, and they are open on Sundays! Score! The staff is also very friendly to my children I bring with me. I will continue to come here until they give me a reason not to, which I hope will never happen!
Just very rude and shape and paint is horrible.

Honestly I never leave reviews, but I came here over a week ago and i’m still thinking about how poorly it went. The colors didn’t match for some reason and overall look really poorly after for $90.... I was there from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM when I made an appointment.
