Ty was so impressive when we first met. She did a thorough analysis of the comps in our area. She was very detailed in helping us stage our home. I took all of her professional advice. Ty is an award-winning real estate agent. I had every confidence that she would market my home and conduct all the business necessary to make the experience seemless. We were very fortunate to have Ty Allen as our Realtor! My Uncle had not lived in his house for 6 years and was physically unable to care for it long before that: Ty was able to whip that place back into being presentable again ( which was no small task)!!
