Shane did an awesome job putting up a gate for us! His communication was amazing and we greatly appreciate it! So we asked them to put up a back fence for us as well later on. This time communication was awful! It took so long to even get someone to call us back about this. They FINALLY came out and put up a back fence but again communication was awful! A couple years ago we had a hail storm in Carter Ranch and we needed a new roof. Now my wife and I are in our 70's so you want to be cautious. I highly recommend using this company for your home needs. They are professional and dependable. I had several quotes given for repair. Texas Pride was the best and more than willing to discuss my needs. They completed the project on time. I didn't have to settle quality for pricing. A++++ company!
I hired Brett to build 2 gates and I paid him but he has not put on the fence post caps on that is required to do, at the end of the day I told them about the fence post caps and they said they will go get some and come back and never showed up, I called them, they said they would be out, now their phone will not take any messages, this has been going on over a month now, still waiting
