The office is personable and positive people to work with. They keep a clean, safe, and well maintained location. Great lighting and spacious units. I enjoyed being able to store my things there and the fees were the best in town. They currently have a great special going on and it was a very easy sign up.
Don't trust these people with your money. Document everything you pay out, you may need it and a lawyer. I was fine until I closed my storage unit, I paid a month in advance and am now over paid by about $105 and no one cares to answer the phone or provide payment documentation of what they received. Just all around shady business with a facade.
