These guys know appliances!
Until now, I've always had good experience with them. Bought a washer/dryer set and approximately 90 days later, the dryer quit. Warranty is only 30 days. Therefore ,you have to pay for repair and parts, so I asked to make an appointment and had to leave a message. I'm STILL waiting for that call back. That was 2yrs ago. Now, I can share a new experience! No, I didn't find a repairman or free delivery, but I found reasonable prices AND outstanding customer service, any time I have had contact with someone working here!
Called twice while at work and was immediately hung up on - called again from personal cell since I figured they thought I was soliciting to "sell" them instead of the other way around - nope, hung up again. I only called b/c the reviews gave credence to this being a valid, customer service oriented business (yes, I do have a need for washing machine repair or purchase) - ruined that for me! HINT: just b/c someone calls from their place of business doesn't mean that business is trying to solicit you.
Love that staff. I have had my stacked washer and dryer from them for almost 6 years now. And beforet hen got a was he dryer sry and I lasted years as well but I Sold it due to downsizing. They have can tos ervice it a few times. But very dependable when they say their coming. David is such a kind spirit. So is his sons. Def recommend this place. When they have a good selection. Love love love them.
