Two Old Mares goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They have always been extremely responsive and the turnaround time on repairs is amazing. I feel bad...I send them the dirtiest, nastiest blankets and they always come back looking and smelling brand new!
I'm VERY impressed with quality of work. I had 8 blankets that was so muddy, and most of them needed repairs. Two Old Mares Blanket Service was GREAT. Janice has 2 of the blankets back to me with in 2 days. The others needed repairs, and took only 1 week to finish. All blankets came back folded and in plastic zipped bag. Great for storage.
