Gave an amount in the phone to move one item up one set of stairs. They were coming fron Ames location to Ames address. Took them 5 minutes to wrap and move the item. Then they charged literally double the amount. Don't use this company. They are dishonest.
This team is OUTSTANDING. Made what can be such a stressful experience just the absolute best. From the first inventory confirmation to the day of our move, my family felt like we were in the best hands. Though I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, if I did, I would call TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in a heartbeat.
