The whole experience with Two Maids & A Mop has been horrible, and I really can't believe there are companies that treat people so horribly. I asked for the cleaning crew to be finished cleaning our home by 1 p.m., since that's when the new homeowners were taking possession of our home. They assured me they would get there early, but they didn't show up until 11:30 a.m. — meaning they didn't finish until 3 p.m. (if they even stayed the full 3 1/2 hours).
