Kelly and Sonjia always do a great job cleaning my home with the care and attention that I greatly appreciate.
Horrible customer service. For the first scheduled cleaning they didn’t even show up. I had to call and ask what was going on but she said “they are still coming” even though it was 3 hours past the two hour window given. I rescheduled them and they showed up on time and were very nice. 3 hours later they were leaving, having completed my “deep clean”. They didn’t move a single item to clean. Beware, do not hire this service unless you will be present to inspect their work, and if they do a bad job, good luck reaching them. I booked Two Maids for a move out clean prior to new tenants moving into my rental home. I prepaid and pre tipped 20%. When my tenants went to move in the next day, I received a call that the house was still very dirty - the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, still dusty, etc. I immediately called the company (during normal business hours) and could not get in touch with anyone. I am so happy with the terrific job that Kelley and Sonja did this past Friday! They consistently make it pleasure to come home to a clean house.
My experience is always so great. Everyone is so polite, professional and thorough. They always do such a wonderful job and they are so nice and patient with my 3 cats (that I'm sure get in the way sometimes). Especially Nicole, she is so awesome. Her attention to detail and professionalism is 2nd to none! I would definitely recommend to everyone!
