RecommendedFriendly, competent cleaners showed up well equipped for the job. Our home is very clean - to be clear, we’ve used cleaners for many years and I am quite willing to admit I am picky. Nothing to comment on here, except thank you for a job well done! We look forward to having Two Maids come biweekly in the future. I have already recommended your service to three friends and given you 5 stars on Yelp.
I don’t understand. There are so many great reviews. And the only negative review I see here from recently says that the manager was very apologetic. This was not my experience at all, with the cleaning or the manager (or person replying to the texts). I am sad about it because it’s expensive and I use cleaning services very sporadically. Very disappointing.

They did a wonderful job. Very professional and the house never looked so clean. I was impressed how quick and efficient they were. I could tell they take pride in their work. I like 2 Maids and a Mop because I can book their service by text, they arrive on time, and I have set up automatic payment. Maggie and Taylor came yesterday and left my home feeling clean and fresh. They wore masks the whole time and worked quickly. I have contracted with them for monthly service.
A family member gifted me a Deep Clean from Two Maids & A Mop since I recently had a baby. The company sent a team of 2 cleaners on Jan 31. The women ended up not doing a great job. I took photos of things that were not done well/at all and emailed the company. The manager Jewell was very apologetic and offered to send another team to re-do it. I have had my home cleaned twice now and they continually provide excellent service, tailored to my requests and priorities, and it's fast and easy to set up cleaning times — they even fit me into a cancellation for a last minute request!
Von & Cece did a wonderful job. First clean and I’m very pleased with their work! Courteous and helped take a huge load off!
