They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again. Ron and his staff are great.

Quality Service! Two Maids was a truly professional organization, from the person who answered the phone to the girls who did the cleaning. Their rates were competitive adn the quality of work was above average. As always, there were small details that were overlooked but overall my wife and I were very pleased with the job. We will certainly be using their services again!

BEWARE!!! Well, I tried. I am disabled and unable to clean my own home myself. I would communicate to management the things that needed work and each time, the service got WORSE instead of better! They NEVER offered me a reduction or refund for the lack of cleaning. Last week was the final straw. Not only were my bathrooms not cleaned AT ALL, where they supposedly vacuumed they left obvious stuff on the floors. IF they mopped my tile floors, the mop was DRY! Two Maids and a Mop Two Maids and a Mop came out the very next day when I had first called them. This was right before Easter when another agency was supposed to show up and didn't. They are always on time. They are very courteous and, if you want something specific done, you just have to tell them. I recommend them highly.
Many many thanks! When Two Maids & A Mop had their "we're coming to town" contest I saw the info in The Bham News & sent in my email to enter , hoping to win a cleaning. Lo & behold! at the end of the 10 day contest I was the GRAND PRIZE winner of bi weekly( lifetime!) house cleaning ! Oh my goodness- what a WONDERFUL gift!!!
