We must note that this was during the busy Labor Day weekend and we certainly apologize, but we had a full schedule. We had 2 cleaners that were unable to clean, so we had to adjust schedules. Our first cleaning was terrible. The floors were not swept well, much less touched with a mop. HOWEVER, they sent a crew out the next day and they did an excellent job!! My last (and second ever) cleaning I would rate as very good. I have hardwood throughout and know my floors are a doozie to do, so I really think the girls did a great job. I had Meghan and Kayla, very nice and professional. I was extremely pleased with them. My hardwood floors are shining again and house smelled so good. They take pride in their work. Awesome young ladies. I will be requesting these two ladies next time.
